When we asked her what it was all about she said: “I genuinely want to help people and add value to their lives. I get asked quite frequently how I stay in shape and deal with the pressures of looking a certain way in the entertainment industry. In this e-book I explain how one has to train their mind and have a proper blueprint to condition themselves to thinking a certain way in order to achieve success.
