The Wierd Al Yankovich of 80′s metal!
Steel Panther - Death to all but Metal
If you haven’t heard of Steel Panther, you are missing out. They are a new parody rock band that puts the butt in butt-rock; or is that “butt-metal”? (see the video below) By using every hair band cliche out there, they manage to slam on every form of music, while really showing how glam-rock was the low point in music. Yes the music was pretty good, sometimes, yes the video groupies were hot, always, but why the makeup?
Before you check them out on YouTube, or visit their website www.SteelPantherRocks.com, you may want to make sure the young and impressionable are out of the room. Like Eminem, no topic is taboo, and no swear word is off limits. Regardless, this is some of the funniest stuff out there. Check out one of their videos below.
